SKU: 0140460565
Description
Fender Player II Mustang Electric Guitar - Birch Green with Rosewood Fingerboard The Fender Player II Mustang in Birch Green with a rosewood fingerboard is a sharp, player-focused reimagining of the classic ’60s offset. This model blends retro style with modern performance enhancements, crafted for versatility and expressive playing. Key Features Body & Finish A lightweight alder body with a gloss-finish Birch Green—a muted, earthy tone that feels both retro and modern. Neck & Fingerboard Modern “C”-shaped maple neck topped with a 9.5″-radius rosewood fingerboard and 22 medium-jumbo frets, offering both smooth chord play and comfortable soloing. The satin urethane finish on the back delivers slick hand movement. Scale Length & Tremolo Shorter 24″ scale—an ideal balance between Fender’s traditional 25.5″ scale and the playful feel of shorter instruments. The classic floating tremolo lets you subtly deepen or lighten your vibrato for added expression. Pickups & Electronics Two Player Series Alnico single-coil Mustang pickups—bright, punchy, and responsive to your dynamics. Each pickup has its own volume and tone control, plus an onboard pickup toggle for rapid tone switching—perfect for on-the-fly tonal shifts. Hardware & Setup Six-saddle adjustable bridge ensures great intonation and string tuning. Sealed tuners provide reliable tuning stability and smooth performance. Includes standard pickguard and control plates, signature of the Mustang’s offset heritage. Why It Stands Out
